I like my guacamole very simple. I mash the avocado, chop some fresh cilantro, and add lime. Nothing fancy. Pass the margarita.

It’s always fun for me to see my food images on promotional material. This is a fun one!

I apologize for the out of focus shot, but I quickly took this before devouring it, then they gave me ice cream! I was so excited I forgot to get a receipt. Oops.

I think we really need a trampoline. The boys and I had a great time jumping on the bed tonight. Surprisingly my oldest is the one who hit his head on the ceiling and not me!

This is quickly becoming my favorite spot to go and think. It is very inspiring to me.

Finally a nice enough day to go down to The Depot with a friend and enjoy a drink outside. The food was fantastic and they have added fried pickles to the appetizer menu! So good! My favorite is still the onion rings but those poppers were fabulous as well! Ok fine, EVERYTHING was good!
